Filter Epipure Eco

The Epipure Eco filter has been designed to offer a powerful and durable capture solution in painting environments. Its multilayer structure allows to optimize the filtration of suspended particles while limiting the fouling of the installations. Thanks to this technical approach, Epipure Eco contributes to improving air quality and the reliability of extraction systems.

Designation

The Epipure Eco filter is a combination of several layers of cut and formed kraft paper to obtain a significant overspray retention capacity. At the output, a thickness of synthetic media allows for finer filtration, which prevents fouling of extraction turbines and atmospheric emissions (pollution of extraction ducts and building exteriors).

PERFORMANCES

  • Suitable for all types of paints, varnishes, etc… (water-soluble and solvent based)
  • Increasing the filtration area by 4
  • Reduced replacement frequency
  • Retention capacity 5 à 8 times superior to conventional filters (depending on type of paint)
  • Fineness of filtration 1000 micron particles : 99,5%
  • Very low pressure loss
  • Fire classification : flame retardant

Materials

The Epipure Eco filter is designed from cut and shaped kraft paper with a gradual opening, combined with a synthetic media forming efficient filtration bags. The assembly is held by a sturdy plastic frame, ensuring a stable and durable structure.

Performance

Thanks to this optimized design, the filter offers high performance suitable for the most demanding painting environments:

  • Suitable for all types of paints, varnishes, etc… (water-soluble and solvent)
  • Increase of the filtration surface by 4
  • Reduction of the frequency of replacement
  • Retention capacity 5 to 8 times higher than conventional filters (depending on the type of paint)
  • Filtration fineness on 100 micron particles: 99.5%
  • Very low pressure drop
  • Fire classification: fireproof
