Modernization of the aeraulic installations in the cabin of the apprêts in Douai

As part of the Perceived Quality convergence, EPI intervened on the Renault industrial site in Douai for the modernization of the air handling installations of the primers cabin.

The work carried out

In addition, the EPI teams carried out several interventions on the installations of the primers’ cabin.

• Replacement of 4 extraction hoses in the finishing cabin;
• Installation of an aeraulic silhouette / cantonment band in the cabin;
• Implementation of a flow control on the two air conditioners of the primers;
• Replacement of the engines in conditioners SS2 and SS3;
• Airflow adjustment of the cabin;
• Installation of door sensors in groups SS2 and SS3.

The expertise mobilized

This project mobilized EPI’s expertise in the fields of aeraulics, mechanics and automation. Throughout this project, EPI supported Renault from the design phase to the commissioning of the installations.
