Paint Mix Room

EPI has designed and developed a modern, safe Paint Mix Room perfectly adapted to the requirements of the Stellantis painting process.

This new PMR ensures reliable paint preparation and distribution, clean and easy to operate, while offering high operational robustness.

• The room includes a 500 L station with automatic unloading, equipped with a complete agitation, transfer and level control system, ensuring performance and repeatability of the process.
• A second manual filling station provides economic flexibility for lower consumption shades.

The PMR also benefits from continuous ventilation, optimized extraction, suitable retention and a technical organization designed for stable and efficient distribution to the cabins.
